About Remington

Row

Remington Row is a mixed use development located in Remington, a historic district in Baltimore Maryland. It consists of retail spaces, offices spaces, and multifamily dwellings, as well as underground and ground-level parking. The building was constructed as part of Seawall Development’s plan to revitalize this region of Baltimore. The building is 245,245 square feet and consists of two levels of underground parking, ground level parking, 13,500 SF of retail, 27,500 SF of office space, and 108 apartments occupying three floors.

The Capstone Project Electronic Portfolio (CPEP) is a web‐based project and information center. It contains material produced for a year‐long Senior Thesis class. Its purpose, in addition to providing central storage of individual assignments, is to foster communication and collaboration between student, faculty consultant, course instructors, and industry consultants. This website is dedicated to the research and analysis conducted via guidelines provided by the Department of Architectural Engineering.
